Who We Are

Erlebnis Property is a UK and Morocco-based property company, sister to Erlebnis Tours Maroc, which has been providing quality tours in Morocco since 1986. Erlebnis Property provides a free property and land search service, along with a portfolio of property and land for sale in the Agadir region.

Erlebnis Property is partnered with Erlebnis Property Maroc, which is based in Hertfordshire, England. The British side of the company concentrates on sales and marketing, finances and other administration. For your peace of mind, if you buy property or land through us, you are paying a UK company with a UK bank account, not sending your money to Morocco, which can be of understandable concern to many people.

Erlebnis Tours and Erlebnis Property were created by Moroccan Mustapha Ben Radi and, in the 20 years since, both Mustapha and his companies have become extremely well-known and highly respected within the Agadir Region where they are based. It is this wealth of knowledge about the local area and the respect of our name which has enabled us to provide such a uniquely personal and highly efficient property service to customers looking for property and/or land in the area. National and especially international property companies cannot offer such a uniquely personal service as they do not concentrate on one particular area as we do, and we pride ourselves on our extensive knowledge of the area and ability to find the ideal property and/or land plot to suit your requirements.
